-Unions enjoy the same free rights as other private institutions and companies.
-Employees have the right to choose between unions, change unions or not join a union at all.
-Companies cannot be required by law to collect union dues for unions.
-Multiple unions can exist in one workplace.
Unions can choose to stand together when their interests are served by the alliance. There should be no laws forcing employers to comply to union demands (exception below). A union's power comes from their members freedom to slow work, strike, etc.
In situations where union or employer actions are deemed to be causing excessive safety or economic impact, independent arbitration and resolution to the common good (as determined by the constitution's of the state and fed) will occur.
