Quality is goal one. Quality of life for citizens should be the primary focus of any government. We are not talking about bigger cars and televisions. We are talking about clean open space and enough basic services so that families can focus on making a living and living together in harmony.
Basic services provided to every citizen:
Education for all who want it.
Medical care on a basic level. (Private insurance is free to provide an even higher quality of health care)
Security. Utilize our technical advantage. Bring most of our troops home - end cost and decent.
Welfare. No one in the US starves or sleeps outside.
